Ronald Neafie must receive the names of any members and their guests who plan to attend this meeting by noon on January 18th. Please call Ron and leave a message on his voice mail @ 202-782-1829. He will provide the WRAMC Security Office with a list of individuals planning to attend the HELMSOC meeting.
1. The Walter Reed Army Medical Center is located 0.5 miles south of the Maryland State line on Georgia Ave, N.W.
2. You must enter at the Elder Street Gate on Georgia Ave. Inform the guard that you are attending the Helm. Soc. Meeting at the AFIP. The contact person at AFIP is Ronald Neafie { 202-782-1829).
3. Follow arrows on map to the circles in front (entrance) of the AFIP (building 54).
4. You can park on the circle, on 14th street, or in the parking lot marked P below circle.
5. You must sign in and out at the AFIP Information Desk with the “cq” (Charge of Quarters).
6. The Meeting will be held in the Dart Auditorium (room 1089) and is within view of the Information Desk just past the elevators.
