Physics 255: Mathematical Techniques for Physicists. Intermediate treatment of mathematical methods used in physics. Topics include elements of vector analysis, ordinary and partial differential equations, matrix algebra, Fourier series, linear vector spaces, complex variables, special functions of mathematical physics.
    
Prerequisite: Physics 112 and Mathematics 112.
