Gettysburg College

Physics 112: Introductory Modern Physics II. An introduction to classical mechanics and relativistic mechanics: Newton's laws of motion, the work-energy principle, celestial mechanics, and the special theory of relativity, including four-vector notation.  Differential and integral calculus is introduced and used.

Prerequisite: Physics 111
